Jason Mills, Class of 1993, leveraged his business administration diploma into a career in auto sales. Now, the owning partner and general manager of Westridge Buick GMC in Lloydminster, Alta., has another connection to Lakeland -- his wife Christy began her hairstyling studies this past September.

Lakeland alumnus Jack Lewis was posthumously inducted into the Alberta Agriculture Hall of Fame. He was recognized for pioneering new farming techniques for seed potato production, founding the potato growers operative and advancing agriculture education. Jack received Lakeland's Distinguished Alumni Award in 2006.
