Lakeland carpentry apprentice Tyler Bendfeld won gold at Skills Alberta for the second consecutive year and will represent Alberta at Skills Canada on May 25 and 26. Last year, he brought home silver at the national competition.
For the first time in Lakeland history, first year power and process engineering students are celebrating a 100 per cent success rate on their first ABSA exam. The students credit working together and the support of staff and faculty for their achievement.
