Two Lakeland students won top honours in the National Kitchen and Bath Association's student design competitions, continuing a decades-long winning streak for the interior design technology program.

As part of the next phase of the Vermilion campus revitalization plan, the Government of Alberta is providing $16 million to Lakeland College. $13.3 million will go towards reimagining the Bentley Building.

Kent Hummelle has been appointed vice president, people and cultural services, at Lakeland. This is a new position, aligning with the college's values.

Rustlers update

  • Rodeo coach and Lakeland alumna Ashley Watt took home the 2023 CCA breakaway championship.
