Northlands has chosen to leave a legacy at Lakeland, creating the Northlands Legacy Agriculture Award to support future leaders in ag.

The Lakeland College Board of Governors welcomed new member Barb Shackel-Hardman to the team.

The interior design technology program joined the Decorating and Interior Design Association of Alberta (DIDAA) as a recognized institution.

Lakeland faculty member Mark Stobbe released his fifth book, No-Body Homicides: The Evolution of Investigation and Prosecution.

Hannah Tataryn, new graduate of the interior design technology program, received the 2023 Governor General's Academic Medal for Vermilion campus.
